Local Wage Information: Once you have found your desired job title, scroll down to “Wages and Employment Trends.” Enter a local zip code to see data for our region, as well as New York state.
Bright Outlook Occupations: This tool on the home page will provide you with updated lists of occupations in the following categories – Rapid Growth (in the next few years), numerous job openings, and emerging occupations (new job titles with new skills).
Personality Type Match: Use O*Net’s quick tool to determine your preferred personality type/John Holland Code. The code will connect you to potential job titles. Be sure to follow up with your Academic Advisor to complete a more thorough assessment through Focus2. Click here to get started.
